McLaren-Macomb, located in the heart of Macomb County, has a thriving Emergency Center that cares for more than 57,000 patients each year. The Emergency Center was renovated in 2003, and was expanded to a total of more than 22,000 square feet.

The McLaren-Macomb Emergency Center treats more than 200 major trauma cases per year. Approximately one third of the cases seen in the Emergency Center are pediatric patients. The Center is staffed with physicians who are board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
