<P>Personal Home Care Private Duty Services, a component of McLaren Visiting 
Nurse &amp; Hospice, is a full-service private duty nursing agency providing all 
levels of care to clients of all ages. Services ranging from high-tech to basic 
care are provided on a personal, one-to-one basis, both in the home and hospital 
setting up 24 hours a day. </P>
<P>&nbsp;<B>Services Provided:</B>&nbsp; </P>

  <LI>Registered Nurses 
  <LI>Licensed Practical Nurses 
  <LI>Home Care Aides 
  <LI>Physical Therapy 
  <LI>Occupational Therapy 
  <LI>Speech Therapies 
  <LI>Medical Social Workers 
  <LI>Home Medical Equipment </LI></UL>
<P>     A registered nurse is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days 
a week. All staff are CPR certified. Internal case management of all 
cases. </P>

  <LI>Light Housekeeping

  <LI>Escort to MD Appointments 
  <LI>Simple Wound Care 
  <LI>Personal Care, Bathing, Grooming and Toileting 
  <LI>Medication Reminders 
  <LI>Change Linens</LI></UL></FONT>

criminal background checks, supervised and trained to optimally meet the needs
